Jobs Related to the Infor HR Process

  1. LMSDevelopmentActvityImport   

Purpose: Imports the Development Activities that were created in LS into GHR. This process needs to execute first otherwise LMSEmployeeDevelopmentActivityImport will have errors.

Timing:  Runs daily, every hour at 45 minutes after the hour

 
  1. LMSEmployeeDevelopmentActivityImport 

Purpose: Imports the Employee Development Activities that they are registered for and their completion.

Timing:  Runs daily, every hour at 36 minutes after the hour

Purpose: Exports position levels from GHR to LS

All DPS employees are licensed as soon as they reach OK TO HIRE status.

As a general rule, contractors do not have access to Learning Space. An exception was made in September 2019 to license RMSEL & iZone contractors (Luminary Learn Net & 750 RMSEL), contractors from Choice & Enrollment (817 C&E Serv Staff), and specific contracted Specialized Service Providers/SSPs (76329, 73724, 73601, 74961, 74653, 77709). In June 2021, an exception was also made for contractors at Florence Crittenton (72701).

If you are Charter staff:
You have an active primary work assignment, AND 
You have a status of ACTIVE

In May 2019, DPS began licensing charter staff to access Learning Space. This was piloted with ELA and officially rolled out to Charters for all content in March 2020.

If you are a Community Partner
You have an active primary work assignment, AND 
You have a status of ACTIVE, AND
You have a Job Short Description of NE9169 or NE9154

As a general rule, community partners do not have access to Learning Space. An exception was made in March 2020 to license Board of Education members (NE9169); and in September 2021 to license members of the DPS Foundation (NE9154).

Schoology Interface Troubleshooting Tips

Ensure the job is in the job code list for interfacing

Ensure there is an active position level in S3 (a line with no end date) 

If you think the interface didn't run, look at the import tool within LS to see if files exist for that day (the files can be manually imported with this tool, but need to be done in alphabetical order)
